Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. We use passwordless authentication via magic links. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account, as it serves as the sole method of authentication to the Service.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at security@vectraseo.com.

VectraSEO provides automated SEO content generation tools, including:

• ›Competitor analysis and content gap identification.
• ›AI-powered blog post and image generation using Google Gemini.
• ›Automated publishing to supported CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Blogger, Zapier, Custom API).
• ›Content scheduling and pipeline management.

Your content: You retain all ownership rights to the content generated through the Service. VectraSEO does not claim ownership of any blog posts, images, or other materials created for your projects.

License to us: You grant VectraSEO a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service. This includes sending content to third-party CMS platforms as directed by you.

AI training: We do not use your individual content to train AI models. Only aggregated, anonymized usage patterns may be used to improve our algorithms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• ›Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• ›Publish spam, misleading content, or content designed to manipulate search rankings through black-hat SEO techniques.
• ›Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• ›Use automated scripts to access the Service outside of our documented API.
• ›Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. The free trial lasts 7 days with limited features. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

When you cancel, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

When you connect a third-party CMS platform, you authorize VectraSEO to publish content on your behalf using the credentials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish content to connected platforms.

VectraSEO is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party CMS platforms. If a third-party service changes its API or terms, we will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via email.

We are not liable for any downtime caused by third-party services, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTRASEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You can delete your account from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
