How fast will I get a response?

We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days. Paid-plan support goes out within 4 hours during the same window. Urgent security reports are triaged within 4 hours regardless of plan.

Do you offer demos?

Yes. Email sales@vectraseo.com with a rough time window and we'll schedule a 30-minute walkthrough. We demo the actual product on your site, not a sandbox.

I need help with my account.

Use the form with "Technical support" selected and include your account email. Our team will investigate and reply with either a fix or an ETA.

How do I request a refund under the guarantee?

Email support@vectraseo.com from the account email within 30 days of your first paid invoice, monthly or annual. Include the invoice email or Stripe receipt so support can verify eligibility and process approved refunds to the original payment method.

Do you have an API?

Yes — full REST API for projects, posts, gaps, monitors, and publishing. See the field manual at /docs for endpoints, authentication, and rate limits.

How do I report a security vulnerability?

Email security@vectraseo.com. PGP-encrypted reports are welcome; key fingerprint is in our /.well-known/security.txt. We acknowledge within 24 hours and triage critical issues within 72.
