Common questions.

01When do I get paid?

On a manual cadence today — typically once per month. The dashboard shows your pending and paid balances live; we contact you to arrange the transfer.

02How is attribution decided?

60-day cookie, last-touch wins before signup. Once a user signs up via your link that attribution is permanent for them — no losing referrals to a later partner.

03Do refunds clawback my commission?

Yes — only when the customer is actually refunded. Cancellations alone don't clawback past commissions; only Stripe-issued refunds do.

04Can I refer my own agency clients?

Absolutely — that's the core use case. We do block self-referrals (you can't refer yourself) but client referrals are explicitly fine.

05Is there a payout minimum?

No minimum to start, but for the first ~5 partners we keep payouts manual via PayPal/Wise/bank. We'll switch to Stripe Connect when volume warrants.

06Will my own subscription affect this?

No. The partnership is independent of being a customer — you can use the product or not and you keep earning on past referrals either way.
